ABOUT

ABOUT  BADGES

We all know about badges for being brave or doing something special . . . like the ones firemen and police officers wear, or the medals runners get when they win a race. But Badges the Bear has a different kind of badge. It's a special mark on his body: a scar from when he had surgery.

An uplifting and empowering book for little heroes, Badges encourages children to remember that scars don't limit what they can do or change who they are. Instead, they are reminders of obstacles overcome...badges of courage to be worn with pride.
